Important notes:

Once your Registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Registration will not be valid until the full payment is received. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the congress secretariat.

Date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.

Payment slip should be sent to the congress secretariat as a payment proof. Otherwise the registration will not be considered as completed and confirmed.

Taxes are not included in the registration fee .
